As a member of the Board of Education, I am committed to fostering an education system that prioritizes environmental sustainability, teacher retention, and equal access to quality instruction for all of our kids.  With a background in teaching and public health, I bring a unique perspective on how schools can better support both academic and overall well-being. Together, we are creating a system that’s sustainable and supportive of all students & teachers.

Anna is a Master's student in political science at UConn and works for the  Office of Sustainability there, managing interns. I am  excited to represent the people of Windham on the board of assessment appeals.

• I am a home owner in Willimantic, having lived here since 1979 (less 10 years living on the lower east side of Manhattan).
• I’ve been treasurer for various organizations in town and I'm sensitive to the challenges we face when deciding tax rates and, equally, when we have to pay them. 
• Board of Assessment Appeals is the last option for homeowners to appeal a rate. This role is important to citizens and I perform it ethically and honestly.
